Honestly, I'm sick of wedgie captions. Like, we used to get really good ones that told an interesting story and gave their characters a unique voice. Nowadays, it feels like every wedgie caption that I see is some low-effort screenshot from a TV show accompanied by the most bland dialogue you've seen. Imagine if I took a picture of Nimona and added this caption: "Oh no, those are the popular girls who used to hang me by my underwear on the fence and laugh at me. I hope they don't notice me. Oh fuck, they saw me... and I wore my unicorn panties today..." Boom. Content, allegedly. Now, I don't wanna discourage caption writers. We used to get a lot of good ones, and I see users who have some serious potential putting them out. But the problem is that they aren't gonna realize that potential by putting out a dozen of these captions each day. There's one user I follow who used to put out longer stories that I really liked. He'd have captions, but he'd include a short story in the
